Terms of service

These terms apply when you or your business create a Vitna account.

What Vitna does

Vitna turns the photos, typed lines and voice notes you add to a job into draft reports and documents. You review every draft. You can edit every word. Nothing leaves the app as a final document until you choose to export or send it.

Your responsibility to review

AI-drafted text can be wrong. You are responsible for checking every report before you rely on it or send it. Vitna drafts; you decide. A document you sign, send or publish is your document.

AI output

Reports are drafted with the help of AI models operated by our processors (named in our sub-processor list). Drafts can misread a photo, miss a detail, or state something incorrectly. The checks in the app (for example, honest photo counts and evidence receipts) help you spot problems, but they do not replace your review.

Your content

You keep all rights in the content you add — photos, notes, reports. You give us the limited right to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Acceptable use

Don’t use Vitna to create fraudulent records, to misrepresent work done, or for any unlawful purpose. Don’t upload content you have no right to use.

Health and care users

If your work involves patient data, you must complete your own review (including a Data protection impact assessment where required) before using Vitna with patient data. Our data processing agreement and sub-processor list are provided to support that review. The service is a drafting aid; it is not a clinical record system and does not replace your professional judgement.

Changes

We may change these terms; we will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes in the app or by email.
